In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Use of the qris89 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are mandatory and non-waivable:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qris89 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Residency: The qris89 platform is designed and operated for users located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Indonesia and that your use does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you may not use qris89.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on qris89. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from qris89 or from any affiliated gaming platform, you may not register a new account until the self-exclusion period has formally expired.

To access the full range of qris89 Services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

qris89 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification card (KTP or passport), proof of address, and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by qris89 may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

• You must register using your own legal name and personal details. Registration in the name of another person or using fictitious identity information is strictly prohibited.
• qris89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, disposable phone numbers, or virtual identity services may be declined or suspended.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to qris89 remains accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qris89 Account credentials, including your username and password. qris89 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. qris89 staff will never ask you for your password.
• You must notify qris89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• All activity carried out under your Account credentials will be treated as authorized by you, unless you have previously notified qris89 of a security breach.
• qris89 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform and issues new encrypted session tokens at each login. However, the security of your device and network connection remains your personal responsibility.
• qris89 may temporarily lock an Account if multiple failed login attempts are detected, or if our fraud-monitoring systems flag unusual activity. You will be notified by email and given instructions to restore access.

All financial transactions on qris89 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qris89 supports deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, as well as QRIS scan-to-pay. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 20.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on your payment method and account tier.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your qris89 Balance within minutes. qris89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of betting on qris89, is strictly prohibited.
• No Deposit Fees: qris89 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; these are outside qris89's control.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a legitimate qris89 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. qris89 reserves the right to suspend your Account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated costs.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your qris89 Account. All withdrawals are processed in IDR to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. qris89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals above a specified threshold (as communicated within your Account) require completed KYC verification before processing. qris89 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Processing Time: Verified withdrawal requests are processed within minutes to a few hours during standard operating hours (WIB / UTC+7). Processing may take longer during public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day. qris89 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines but commits to processing all verified requests as promptly as operationally possible.
• Withdrawal Matching: qris89 applies a policy requiring that any deposit made via a specific payment method must first be subject to at least one qualifying wager before a withdrawal to a different method is permitted. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full details.

qris89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 10× the bonus amount on sports betting markets, or 30× on casino games.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Account Holders only. Duplicate accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, and shared payment methods may result in bonus forfeiture. qris89 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without notice.
• Abuse: qris89 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and coordinated betting with other users to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and winnings forfeited.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of their normal redemption pathway within the qris89 platform.

All bets placed on qris89 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, Dragon Tiger, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets. The following general rules apply across all betting activities:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the qris89 system. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or odds changes are not binding on either party.
• Odds Changes: Odds on sportsbook markets are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. qris89 is not responsible for odds changes occurring between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market, as displayed at the time of placement. qris89 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: qris89 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, on markets opened in error, or in connection with any technical malfunction. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to your Account Balance.
• Result Disputes: All sporting event results are determined by qris89's official data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding an outcome, qris89's determination is final, subject to formal review upon written request to our support team within 72 hours of the event result being published.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qris89 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward qris89 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access any part of the qris89 infrastructure, databases, or backend systems without authorization.

All content on qris89.app — including but not limited to the qris89 brand name, logo, visual design, website layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of qris89 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the qris89 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any qris89 content without our express prior written consent.

qris89's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits qris89's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

qris89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qris89 will notify registered Account Holders via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the qris89.app homepage, at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the qris89 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming and e-commerce law. qris89 operates as an internationally licensed platform and applies standards consistent with leading online gaming regulatory frameworks.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the qris89 platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. qris89 commits to responding to all formal disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Both parties waive the right to participate in any class-action proceedings in connection with the qris89 platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents qris89 from seeking immediate injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its users.
